At Word of Hope Bethesda Pentecostal Fellowship, we believe that faith is lived out through love, compassion, and service to others. Our community and charity initiatives reflect our desire to care for people in practical ways and to be a blessing to the communities we are part of.
Through seasonal outreach programmes and acts of service, we seek to support individuals and families in need while sharing the love of Christ in meaningful and respectful ways.
Christmas Charity Outreach
During the Christmas season 2025, Word of Hope Bethesda Pentecostal Fellowship carried out a Christmas Gift Outreach to support individuals and families in need within our local communities.
Through this initiative, 100 Christmas gift boxes were prepared and distributed to support people experiencing homelessness, women seeking refuge and support, and low-income families. Each gift box was thoughtfully packed with essential items and care products, offering both practical support and encouragement during the Christmas period.
The Christmas gift boxes were distributed in partnership with the following local organisations:
-
New Hope Watford β supporting individuals experiencing homelessness
-
Watford Womenβs Centre β supporting women in need
-
Alternatives Watford and Hemel Hempstead β supporting low-income families
This outreach reflects our commitment to serving the community with compassion and dignity, and to sharing the love of Christ through practical acts of kindness.
